Welcome to Laski. These Terms of Service describe your rights and responsibilities when you visit, use, or purchase from our store and related services. By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Access and accounts

You must provide accurate and current information when using our services. You are responsible for your account credentials and activity and may not transfer your account to another person.

Products and orders

We try to describe and display our products accurately, but colors and appearance may vary by device. Product descriptions, availability, and purchase limits may change without notice.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Laski may accept, decline, change, or cancel an order. Your order is accepted only after we confirm it and process the required payment.

Competitions and free prize draws

By entering a Laski competition, you are confirming that you are over 18 years old and a UK resident.

Competitions are not open for employees and their families, and one entry per household. 

Winners will be chosen randomly.

Winners will be notified by email initially and then announced on social media channels on the date stated on the competition graphics and social media messaging. 

The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted. If no response is received, an alternative winner will be selected.

By entering you agree to receive an email newsletter from Laski with latest updates of new products and promotions no more than once a month. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of the email newsletter. To keep your entry valid, you need to remain subscribed until the winner is announced.

We are committed to respecting and protecting our customers privacy. Please see our Privacy Policy to understand our practices about your personal data and how it will be look after it.

Prize/s will be posted to the winner or available for collection from our Norwich depot.

There are no cash alternatives to the prize.

Prices and payment

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown when the order is placed. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the policies posted on our store.

Intellectual property

Our store content, branding, images, text, and other materials are owned by Laski, its affiliates, or licensors. You may use the services only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we give written permission.

Third-party services

Our services may include tools or links provided by third parties. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Review their terms before using them.

Privacy

Personal information collected through our services is handled according to the Privacy policy posted on our store. Shopify also processes information needed to host and provide the services.

You may not use the services unlawfully, infringe another person's rights, transmit malicious code, collect information without permission, misrepresent your identity, interfere with security features, or disrupt another person's use of the services.

Disclaimers and liability

Except where prohibited by law, the services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
